$-t #01412544 04/05/94 09:43 AM REAL ESTATE RECORDS F1960 CHARLOTTE HOUSTON BOULDER CNTY CO RECORDER ORDINANCE NO. 1111 SERIES 1993 AN ORDINANCE ZONING PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, KNOWN AS THE STELMACH ANNEXATION. ,5 WHEREAS, certain property, known as the "Stelmach Annexation, " the legal description of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, has been annexed to the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council must provide for the zoning of said property; and WHEREAS, the City Council provided notice of the public hearing on said zoning by publication as provided by law; and WHEREAS, said public hearing was held as provided in said notice; and WHEREAS, no protests were received by the City pursuant to ~31-23-305, C.R.S.; and WHEREAS, the landowners of said property requested a CB (Commercial Business district) zoning classification in the petition to annex said property; and WHEREAS, said CB zoning classification is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan for the area; and WHEREAS, the Louisville Planning Commission recommended the City Council's approval of said CB classification. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. That certain property known as the Stelmach Annexation, the legal description of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference, is hereby zoned CB (Commercial Business district) pursuant to the zoning ordinances of the City. Section 2. Pursuant to Sections 17.04.050 and 17.04.060 of the Louisville Municipal Code, the Zoning District Map of the City of Lousiville is amended to include said property as zoned in Section 1 above. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately after Ordinance No. 1110, Series 1993, takes effect.
