BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. Title 2 of the Louisville Municipal Code is amended by the addition of the following new Chapter 2.90: CHAPTER 2.90 City Owned Real Estate /0 2.90.010. Purchase, sale and disposal of real estate. A. Any sale or disposal of any lot or parcel of real estate owned by the City shall conform to the requirements of state law, as from time to time amended. B. At least ten days' notice to the public shall be given prior to any final determination to purchase for the City any lot or parcel of real estate. The notice may be given on a City Council meeting agenda and by publication and shall include the general location and a brief description of the intended use of the real estate. Section 2. If any article, section, paragraph, sentence, clause, or phrase of this ordinance is held to be unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, such decision shall not affect the validity or constitutionality of the remaining portions of this ordinance. The City Council hereby declares that it would have passed this ordinance and each part or parts hereof irrespective of the fact that anyone part or parts be declared unconstitutional or invalid. Section 3. All other ordinances or portions thereof inconsistent or conflicting with this ordinance or any portion hereof are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency or conflict.
