<br />~01218732 09/10/92 03:04 PM ~~AL ESTATE ~ ORDS <br />Fi758 CHARLOTTE HOUSTON BOULDER CNTY CO RECORDER <br /> <br />;7,1 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1080 <br />SERIES 1992 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING CITY PURCHASE OR DISPOSAL <br />OF ANY LOT OR PARCEL OF REAL ESTATE. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, <br />COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1. Title 2 of the Louisville Municipal Code is <br />amended by the addition of the following new Chapter 2.90: <br /> <br />CHAPTER 2.90 <br />City Owned Real Estate <br /> <br />/0 <br /> <br />2.90.010. Purchase, sale and disposal of real estate. <br /> <br />A. Any sale or disposal of any lot or parcel of real <br />estate owned by the City shall conform to the <br />requirements of state law, as from time to time <br />amended. <br /> <br />B. At least ten days' notice to the public shall be <br />given prior to any final determination to purchase <br />for the City any lot or parcel of real estate. The <br />notice may be given on a City Council meeting <br />agenda and by publication and shall include the <br />general location and a brief description of the <br />intended use of the real estate. <br /> <br />Section 2. If any article, section, paragraph, sentence, <br />clause, or phrase of this ordinance is held to be unconstitutional <br />or invalid for any reason, such decision shall not affect the <br />validity or constitutionality of the remaining portions of this <br />ordinance. The City Council hereby declares that it would have <br />passed this ordinance and each part or parts hereof irrespective of <br />the fact that anyone part or parts be declared unconstitutional or <br />invalid. <br /> <br />Section 3.
