First Interstate Bank of Denver, N .A., a National 7 ,I)' 0 <br />Banking Assoc1ation, and Raymond N. Joeckel current owners of Coal ~ <br />Creek Ranch Filing No. 4 adjacent to Coal Creek Golf Course, have <br />requested that a small parcel of golf course property located <br />between proposed lots 97 and 98 of Coal Creek Ranch Filing No. 4 be <br />transferred by quit claim deed to them; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, First Interstate Bank of Denver, N.A., a National <br />Banking Association, and Raymond N. Joeckel current owners of Coal <br />Creek Ranch Filing No. 4 conveyed the property developed as Coal <br />Creek Golf Course to the City by Special Warranty Deed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that such parcel is <br />not needed for any public use; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such parcel is not being used or held for park <br />purposes or for any other governmental purpose; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parcel of real estate is located wi thin the <br />corporate limits of the City of Louisville. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1. Any title and interest of the City of <br />Louisville in the parcel of real property described in Exhibit "A" <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference shall be <br />transferred by quit claim deed to First Interstate Bank of Denver, <br />N .A., a National Banking Association, and Raymond N. Joeckel, <br />current owners of proposed lots 97 and 98, Coal Creek Ranch Filing <br />No.4, for the purpose of incorporating said parcel into lots 97 <br />and 98 as shown on the final plat of Coal Creek Ranch Filing No.4, <br />City of Louisville, Boulder County, Colorado. <br /> <br />Section 2. The Mayor of the City of Louisville is <br />authorized to execute on behalf of the City the quit claim deed <br />described in Section 1. <br /> <br />Section 3. This ordinance is necessary for the immediate <br />preservation of the public health and safety in order to coordinate <br />ci ty planning procedures and permit the timely and efficacious <br />transfer of the property for incorporation into the final plat of <br />Coal Creek Ranch Filing No. 4 and this ordinance shall take effect <br />upon adoption and signing by the Mayor if approved by three-fourths <br />of the members of the City Council. <br />
