<br />"ZONING' BY ZONING PROPERTY OWNED BY PUBUC SERVICE OOMPANY, STEVEN A TRACY,
<br />STANlEY N. MOORE AND VERDEAN MOORE.

<br />WHEREAS, the City of Louisville has annexed certain real property by adopting Ordinance No, 1073; and,

<br />WHEREAS, it is necessary that the zoning thereof be determined;
<br />
<br />NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TIIE OTY OOUNOL OF TIIE OTY OF LOUlSVIU.E,
<br />OOWRADO:
<br />
<br />Section 1. That Section 17.04.050 of the Louisville Municipal Code, entitled "Zoning Map -District Boundaries
<br />Established", shall be amended to include the following described property and that the parcel shall be zoned in
<br />accordance with the zoning indicated after the description below:
<br />
<br />See attached "Exhibit A", incorporated herein by this reference.
<br />
<br />"RE" - Residential Estate.
<br />
<br />Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately after Ordinance No. 1073, Series 1992, takes effect.
<br />
