ORDINANCE NO. 1511 <br />SERIES 2007 <br />AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE N0.1397, SERIES 2002, REGARDING THE <br />PARKING OR STORAGE CIF TRAILERS AND SIMILAR NON-MOTORIZED <br />APPARATUS WITHIN FRONT AND SIDE YARDS. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Louisville in September 2002 adopted Ordinance No. 1397, Series <br />2002, which amended Section 17.:?0.160 of the Louisville Municipal Code with respect to the <br />parking or storage of trailers and .similar non-motorized apparatus within front and side yard <br />setbacks; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council ir.~tends to undertake a review of its regulations concerning the <br />parking of such items, and related matters, and desires to repeal Ordinance No. 1397, Series 2002; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE I'T ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1. Ordinance N~o. 1397, Series 2002 is hereby repealed in its entirety. <br />Section 2. As a result of the repeal set forth in Section 1 of this Ordinance, Section <br />17.20.160 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as such Section read prior to the <br />enactment of Ordinance No. 1397, Series 2002, which is in full as follows: <br />Sec. 17.20.160. Parlaing limitations on front and side yards. <br />A. It is unlawful for any person to park a motor vehicle, or for any person as <br />owner, lessee, tenant or occupant of any residential lot to permit a motor vehicle to <br />be parked, in the front yard of a residential lot except on the paved driveway which is <br />intended for parking or access to the garage or carport. On residential corner lots, no <br />motor vehicle may be parked iri the side yard adjacent to the street unless the side <br />yard is enclosed with a privacy fence six feet in height constructed in full compliance <br />with this Code, including vision clearance requirements. <br />B. For the purposes of this section, "motor vehicle" has the meaning set out in <br />the Model Traffic Code for (:olorado Municipalities as from time to time adopted by <br />ordinance of the city council. <br />C. Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this section shall be <br />punished for each violation as provided in section 1.28.010. Each act or omission in <br />violation of this section shall be; deemed a separate violation and for each calendar <br />day during which any violation continues, a separate violation shall be deemed to <br />have been committed. <br />Section 3. If any article, section, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this Ordinance is <br />
