RESOLUTION NO. 7 <br /> SERIES 2014 <br /> A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A FINAL PLANNED UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT TO ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 998 SQUARE FOOT <br /> ADDITION AT 740 FRONT STREET <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council an application <br /> for a final planned unit development (PUD) to allow for the construction of a 998 square <br /> foot addition to the existing restaurant building at 740 Front Street, Lot 1, Block B, Original <br /> Louisville; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found it <br /> complies with Louisville Municipal Code — Chapter 17.28 and the Design Handbook for <br /> Downtown Louisville; and <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on January 9, 2014, where evidence <br /> and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning <br /> Commission Staff Report dated November 9, 2014, the Planning Commission <br /> recommended approval of said PUD to the City Council with the following condition; and <br /> 1. The existing "Tivoli Beer" sign on the north façade shall be allowed to remain. <br /> WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the <br /> recommendation of the Planning Commission, and finds that it complies with Chapter <br /> 17.28.210 of the Louisville Municipal Code; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br /> Colorado does hereby approve a final planned unit development (PUD) to allow for the <br /> construction of a 998 square foot addition to the existing restaurant building at 740 Front <br /> Street, Lot 1, Block B, Original Louisville, with the following condition: <br /> The existing "Tivoli Beer" sign on the north façade shall be allowed to remain. <br /> PASSED,ANP, DOPTED this 4th day of F bruary, 2014. <br /> By: Acc/ je (9_A.Air.1,_ <br /> Robert P.
