Regular Business Item — Requesting Continuance: <br />• AT &T Antennae — Louisville Recreation Center: A request for a special <br />review use (SRU) to allow for the placement of 3 sectors of four (4) 8 foot <br />tall rooftop antennas, totaling 12 antennas. <br />• Applicant, Owner and Representative: Cliff Spencer <br />• Case Manager: Scott Robinson, Planner 11 <br />The applicant is requesting a continuance so they can continue to work on <br />alternative solutions. <br />VII. Regular Business — Public Hearing Items <br />• Resolution No. 06, Series 2014: DELO Final PUD: (1000 Griffith Street) <br />A request to consider Phase 1 and Phase 1A of a phase final planned unit <br />development (PUD) and plat of a 14.13 acre parcel within the core project <br />area of the HWY 42 Framework Plan. The project is zoned Mixed Use — <br />Residential (MU -R) and is to be developed to include a diversity of <br />housing products, civic spaces, urban plazas, streetscapes and <br />commercial opportunities. Phase 1 and Phase 1A include the <br />development of 60 townhomes and an active public space in a detention <br />basin.
