CITY OF LOUISVILLE RESOLUTION NO. , SERIES OF 1975 WHEREAS a prE=_liminary hearing was held before a segment of the Colorado Land Use Commission at 11:00 A.M, this morning of April 28, 19'75, the subject of which preliminary hearing was the possible designation of a portion of that land presently in the process of annexation to the City of Louisville pursuant to ordinances f'or annexation and zoning first read before the Louisville City Council on April 15, 1975, which land is commonly known as Colorado Technological Center, as an area of statewide interest oz• the development thereof as an activity of statewide interest pulrsuant to H.B. 1041, Colorado Session Laws of 1974, and WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Louisville desiring to follow said H.B. 1041 requiring compliance of local governmental authorities with the provisions of such law, NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that upon annexa- tion of said Colorado Technological Center territory thereby conferring jurisdiction over said land upon the City of Louisville, the City shall proceed pursuant to said H.B. 1041 to conduct appropriate hearings pursuant to said law to ascertain whether designation of all or a ;part of said territory or the development of said territory is a matter of statewide interest as the same is defined in said law. AND IT IS ALSO FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Administrator is hereby authorized to seek state agency assistance and funding pursuant to said H.B. 1041 to the end that the City of Louisville fully complies with said law in ascertaining whether aspects of the development of said Colorado Technological Center comprise matters of state: interest under said law. AND IT IS ALSO FURTHER RESOLVED that in the event that the City shall determine that a matter of statewide interest affects the development of said Colorado Technological Center
