Regular Business — Public Hearing Items Hutchinson (Nest Builders): A request for a final Plat and planned unit development (PUD) for a 6 lot subdivision to allow for the development of single family homes in the Residential Medium (RM) zone district. City Council approved Resolution 46, Series 2011 on August 2, 2011. The PUD includes a 59,137 square -foot, single -story industrial /flex building and a reconstructed regional detention pond.
