Sisk As we bid adieu to 2004, I anticipate 2005 with a great deal of 303.665.6889 excitement and and look forward to change,which to some raises siskc @ci.louisville.co.us concern and for others is embraced with passion. In Sheri Marcella November of 2004, our citizens voted over- 303.665.3276 whelming for two measures that will impact Mayor Chuck Sisk marsels @ci.louisville.co.us our community significantly. The first measure was Initiative 200, which addresses our Home Rule Charter and makes certain changes to our Charter. I Michele Van Pelt would be remiss if I did not point out that this initiative was an instance of 303.673.9235 democracy as our forefathers envisioned. The petitioners should be com- vanpelm@ci.louisville.co.us mended for their efforts and it is imperative for the City of Louisville to not only adhere to the entire Charter, but to lead by example.
