The charter was drafted over the Mayor Pro-Tem Chuck Sisk r s summer by 11 residents elected to the Charter Commission. 303-665-6889 � `' CO The Commission submitted the proposed home rule charter charlesisk @aol.com yo R Y to the City Council who then presented the charter Don Brown to the voters for approval. The new charter will serve as the constitution for the City of 303-673-0648 Louisville. Previously,Louisville was a statutory city governed by State Statute. Kevin Howard The charter took effect shortly after the election upon its filing with the Secretary of (through January 7,2002) State.
