Subdivision I - Vehicles, Traffic, Etc., defined. VEHICLE - Every device in, upon, or by which any person or property is or may be transported or drawn upon a high- way, except devices moved by human power or used exclusively upon stationary rails or tracks. 1~~OTOR VEHICLE - Ever~r vehiclca as herein defined, which is self propelled. AU'T'HORIZED EP!!ERGENCY VEHIC:GE - Vehicles of the Fire Depart- ment, Police vehicles, and such ambulances ar_d emergency vehicles of municipal departments or public servica corpora- tions as are designated or authorized by the P:7ayor or the Tcwn Marshall.
