RESOLUTION NO. 10 <br />SERIES 2008 <br />A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE AND THE STATE BOARD OF THE GREAT <br />OUTDOORS COLORADO TRUST FUND. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Louisville supports the completion of Louisville <br />Elementary Children's Park, Phase 2, anti <br />WHEREAS, the City of Louisville has received a grant from Great Outdoors <br />Colorado to fund the Louisville Elementary Children's Park, Phase 2, subject to the <br />execution of a grant agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE THAT: <br />Section 1: The Louisville City Council hereby authorizes the Interim Director <br />of Parks and Recreation to sign the grant agreement with Great Outdoors <br />Colorado. <br />Section 2: The City of Louisville hereby authorizes the expenditure of funds <br />as necessary to meet the terms and obligations of the grant agreement and <br />application. <br />Section 3: This resolution to lbe in full force and effect from and after its <br />passage and approval. <br />~.- <br />P , DdPTED this ~ ~~-"day of 2008. <br />~~ <br />~~, <br />~•,*~ a„ <br />~'° <br />~.> . <br />o s .Sisk, Mayor <br />~6a P` <br />e e <br />tncv Clerk <br />
