RESOLUTION NO. 13 <br />SE:RTES 2008 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SPECIAL REVIEW USE (SRU) TO AUTHORIZE THE <br />RELOCATION OF BRIDGE SCHOOL FROM 6717 SOUTH BOULDER ROAD (IN BOULDER) <br />TO 833 WEST SOUTH BOULDER ROAD (IN LOUISVILLE). <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for approval of a <br />Special Review Use (SRU) to authorize a private school to be located at 833 West South Boulder Road (in <br />Louisville); and <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the' a Special Review Use have been reviewed by City <br />Staff and the Planning Commission and found, to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning <br />ordinances, the Commercial Development Design Standards and Guidelines, related policies and <br />previous approvals; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public; hearing concerning said Special Review Use on March <br />13, 2008, where evidence and testimony were entered into the public record, including the staff report <br />dated March 13, 2008, the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council, with the <br />following conditions: <br />1. This special review use is for Bridge School only. Any change in school ownership would require <br />an amendment of the special review use lbefore Planning Commission and City Council. <br />2. The maximum square footage permitted with this use is 20,000 square feet, with 100 students and <br />15 full time Staff members. Any change in these totals will result in an amendment to this special <br />review use. <br />3. According to Section 17.16.265 there will need to be an area created for refuse and recycling <br />materials for the proposed school use. T:he area will need to be enclosed and screened from the <br />view of public; and <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the recommendation of the <br />Planning Commission and that the application should be approved, with the following conditions: <br />1.
