RE5OI,UTION NO. 14, <br />S>H;RIES 2008 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SPECIAL REVIEW USE (SRU) AND PUD AMENDMENT: <br />A REQUEST FOR A SPECIAL REVIEW USE TO ADD APPROXIMATELY 2,100 SF OF <br />RESTAURANT TO AN EXISTING FLEX OFFICE BUILDING THAT IS ZONED <br />INDUSTRIAL (I), AND A PUD AMENDMENT TO ALLOW FOR ADDITIONAL WALL <br />SIGNAGE. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for approval of <br />a Special Review Use (SRU) and PUD Amendment: a request for a special review use to add <br />approximately 2,100 SF of restaurant to an existing flex office building that is zoned I, and a PUD <br />Amendment to allow for additional wall signage; and <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the; a Special Review Use and PUD amendment have been <br />reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Comrriission and found, to be in compliance with the <br />Louisville zoning ordinances, the Industrial Development Design Standards and Guidelines, related <br />policies and previous approvals; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said Special Review Use and PUD <br />amendment on March 13, 2008, where evidence and testimony were entered into the public record, <br />including the staff report dated March 13, 2008, the Planning Commission recommended approval to <br />the City Council, with conditions; and <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the recommendation of the <br />Planning Commission and that the application should be approved, with the following conditions: <br />1. Wall signage shall be limited to the entitlement under the current PUD, except that the size on <br />not more than one wall sign per building may be increased to a maximum of 30 SF. Sheet A03 <br />shall be revised accordingly. <br />2. The special review use is granted to the applicant only and is non-transferable; <br />3.
