RESOLUTION NO. 18 SERIES 2016 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) PLAN TO CONSTRUCT A TWO- STORY, 59,629 SF MULTI - TENANT OFFICE /FLEX TECH SPACE FOR LOTS 3 &4, BLOCK 3, CENTENNIAL VALLEY BUSINESS PARK WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an application approving a final Planned Unit Development (PUD) plan to construct a a two story, 59,629 SF multi- tenant office /flex tech space for Lots 3 &4, Block 3, Centennial Valley Business Park; and WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that, subject to conditions, the application complies with the Louisville zoning and subdivision regulations and other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and; WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on March 10, 2016, where evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated March 10, 2016, the Planning Commission recommends the PUD for 168 Centennial Pkwy to City Council, with the following conditions: 1. The applicant shall continue to work with the Public Works Department on the items listed in the March 3, 2016 memo. Each item shall be completed prior to recordation. 2. The plan shall incorporate a pedestrian connection to the commercial area lying southeast of the project, either through the adjoining, existing landscape area as presented at the City Council hearing, or in an alternative location. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve Resolution No. X, Series 2016, a resolution approving a final Planned Unit Development (PUD) plan to construct a two story, 59,629 SF multi - tenant office /flex tech space for Lots 3 &4, Block 3, Centennial Valley Business Park, with the following condition: 1. The applicant shall continue to work with the Public Works Department on the items listed in the March 3, 2016 memo. Each item shall be completed prior to recordation. 2. The plan shall incorporate a pedestrian connection to the commercial area lying southeast of the project, either through the adjoining, existing landscape area as presented at the City Council hearing, or in an alternative location.
