RESOLUTION NO. 18 <br />SERIES 2016 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) <br />PLAN TO CONSTRUCT A TWO- STORY, 59,629 SF MULTI - TENANT OFFICE /FLEX <br />TECH SPACE FOR LOTS 3 &4, BLOCK 3, CENTENNIAL VALLEY BUSINESS PARK <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application approving a final Planned Unit Development (PUD) plan to construct a a two <br />story, 59,629 SF multi- tenant office /flex tech space for Lots 3 &4, Block 3, Centennial <br />Valley Business Park; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found <br />that, subject to conditions, the application complies with the Louisville zoning and <br />subdivision regulations and other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; <br />and; <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on March 10, 2016, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated March 10, 2016, the Planning <br />Commission recommends the PUD for 168 Centennial Pkwy to City Council, with the <br />following conditions: <br />1. The applicant shall continue to work with the Public Works Department on the <br />items listed in the March 3, 2016 memo. Each item shall be completed prior to <br />recordation. <br />2. The plan shall incorporate a pedestrian connection to the commercial area lying <br />southeast of the project, either through the adjoining, existing landscape area as <br />presented at the City Council hearing, or in an alternative location. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve Resolution No. X, Series 2016, a resolution approving a <br />final Planned Unit Development (PUD) plan to construct a two story, 59,629 SF multi - <br />tenant office /flex tech space for Lots 3 &4, Block 3, Centennial Valley Business Park, <br />with the following condition: <br />1. The applicant shall continue to work with the Public Works Department on the <br />items listed in the March 3, 2016 memo. Each item shall be completed prior to <br />recordation. <br />2.
