RESOLUTION NO. 1 <br />SERIES 2017 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT TO <br />ALLOW FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 62,380 INDUSTRIAL/FLEX BUILDING <br />WITH ASSOCIATED SITE IMPROVEMENTS ON LOT 2, BLOCK 3, PARK AT CTC. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application approving a final Planned Unit Development (PUD) plan to allow for the <br />construction of a 62,380 industrial/flex building with associated site improvements on <br />Lot 2, Block 3, Park at CTC; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that <br />the application complies with the Louisville zoning and subdivision regulations and other <br />applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code, including the review criteria in <br />section 17.28.120; and; <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on December 8, 2016, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated December 8, 2016, the Planning <br />Commission recommend approval of the PUD for Lot 2, Block 3, Park at CTC to City <br />Council with no conditions. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve Resolution No. 1, Series 2016, a resolution approving a <br />Final Planned Unit Development to allow for the construction of a 62,380 industrial/flex <br />building with associated site improvements on Lot 2, Block 3, Park at CTC. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of January 2017. <br />Atte <br />By: <br />ADY <br />Robert P.
