<br />1) No outdoor storage, display or sale of
<br />merchandise is allowed.
<br />2) The access movements shown on the PUD
<br />are subject to change. If, at any time in the
<br />future, it is determined by the City that
<br />change is appropriate to enhance traffic flow
<br />on one or more surrounding streets, or to
<br />mitigate an unsafe situation, upon notification
<br />from the City, the Centennial Pavilion property
<br />owner(s) shall make such physical changes,
<br />at their cost, as may be required by the City.
<br />Each present and future property owner shall
<br />acknowledge in writing the foregoing authority
<br />of the City.
<br />3) Wall signs will comply with all CDDSG criteria
<br />and applicable sign requirements from
<br />Chapter 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code.
<br />4) Auto Service use is limited to single user oil
<br />change type facility. No other auto service will
<br />be allowed without amendment to the
<br />PUD/SRU. No outside servicing of vehicles
<br />will occur. The oil change facility shall be
<br />required to keep its overhead doors closed
<br />during the servicing of vehicles.
<br />5) The spacing between the Northern Red Oaks
<br />and the Imperial Honeylocust adjancet to
<br />McCaslin Blvd. shall be increased to a
<br />minimum of 25 feet on center.
<br />6) The bicycle racks at the Walgreen's site shall
<br />be moved to the front of the building.
