<br />SHALL BE PROVIDED AS REASONABLE ONCE TRAIL DESIGN HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND SHALL BE APPROVED
<br />AS PART OF INDIVIDUAL FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLANS. EASEMENTS SHALL BE GRANTED FOR THE TRAIL BY
<br />SEPARATE DOCUMENTS UPON THE FINALIZATION OF TRAIL DESIGN.
<br />15. THE ACCESS MOVEMENTS SHOWN ON THE PUD MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE, IF IT IS REASONABLY DETERMINED
<br />BY THE CITY THAT CHANGE IS REQUIRED TO ENHANCE TRAFFIC FLOW ON SURROUNDING STREETS OR TO MITIGATE
