RESOLUTION NO. 12 <br />SERIES 2017 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) <br />AND A FINAL PLAT TO ALLOW FOR THREE FLEX -SPACE BUILDINGS TOTALING <br />85,520 SQUARE FEET ON THREE LOTS AND TWO TRACTS; LOTS 11 AND 12, <br />BLOCK 1, CTC FILING NO. 1 <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application requesting approval of a Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) and a Final <br />Plat to allow for three flex -space buildings totaling 85,520 square feet on three lots and <br />two tracts; Lots 11 and 12, Block 1, CTC Filing No 1, and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the information submitted and found <br />that the application complies with the Louisville zoning and subdivision regulations and <br />other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and, <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public heanng on January 12, 2017, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated January 12, 2017, the Planning <br />Commission recommends the Final Planned Unite Development (PUD) and Final Plat <br />for The Collective to City Council, with no conditions. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a Final Plat and Final Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD) to allow for three flex -space buildings totaling 85,520 square feet <br />on three Tots and two tracts, Lots 11 and 12, Block 1, CTC Filing No 1. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of March, 2017. <br />By: <br />Robert P Muckle, mayor <br />est <br />Mere <br />yth Muth, City <br />Resolution No 12, Series 2017 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
