RESOLUTION NO. 16 <br />SERIES 2017 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) TO <br />ALLOW FOR A 40,383 SQUARE FOOT FLEX SPACE BUILDING ON A 3.64 ACRE <br />PROPERTY ZONED INDUSTRIAL; LOT 1, BLOCK 1, PARK AT CTC <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application requesting approval of a Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) to allow for <br />a 40,383 square foot flex space building on a 3.64 acre property zoned Industrial; Lot 1, <br />Block 1, Park at CTC; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the information submitted and found <br />that the application complies with the Louisville zoning and subdivision regulations and <br />other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and, <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on February 9, 2017, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated February 9, 2017, the Planning <br />Commission recommends the Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) Lot 1, Block 1, <br />Park at CTC, with conditions. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) to <br />allow for a 40,383 square foot flex space building on a 3.64 acre property zoned <br />Industrial; Lot 1, Block 1, Park at CTC, with the following conditions. <br />1. Prior to acceptance of constructed improvements for the site, 4 -foot wide <br />maintenance easement for the sidewalk adjacent to the west right-of-way line of <br />Dogwood Street shall be recorded. <br />2.
