<br />1. See "Lombardi Subdivision Replat" as prepared by Scott, Cox
<br />and Associates, Inc. for all property line and easement information.
<br />2. Improvement plans shah be approved by the Public Works
<br />Department prior to construction of public improvements.
<br />3. A detailed landscape plan shall be submitted for approval at the
<br />time of building permit application.
<br />4. The property owner shall maintain the landscape located within the
<br />right—of—way adjacent to their lot.
<br />5. Deciduous trees shall not be planted within 5 feet and coniferous
<br />trees shall not be planted within 10 feet of a public sidewalk or
<br />utility.
<br />6. Site lighting shall be provided by means of pole—mounted fixtures
