<br />Two types of identification are proposed:
<br />1) A chevron shaped monument sign constructed of similar materials to the
<br />building fascia (8' wide by 4' tall per side) will be placed in the front
<br />yard, 15' back of the future highway ROW..
<br />2) Wall mounted signs on the two main entries as per the drawings.
<br />Typical traffic control signs ("stop","right turn only", "do not enter",
<br />etc.) will be placed at various entries.

<br />Parking lot lighting will be from building mounted wall packs and 25'
<br />double head poles per the drawing. Light levels will be contained within the
<br />boundaries of the site. Downlighting of the fascia surface will be by wall
<br />sconces to provide a low level safety lighting at the waVs. Monument signs
<br />will be lit by ground mounted lights. Building wall signs will be externally
<br />lit by turn of the century wall mounted fixtures.
<br />Notes:
<br />All construction within public ROW shall conform to City of Louisville
<br />design and construction standards.
<br />All storm sewer piping and appurtenances within the property line shall
<br />be maintained by the Owners.
<br />Owner will share the cost of constructing the sewer and water lines to
<br />their property with the adjacent property owners.
<br />Owner to submit public improvement construction plans to Public Works
<br />Department for approval prior to issuance of full building permit. Public
<br />improvement drawings to include water main and appurtenances, sewer main and
<br />appurtenances, storm sewer and appurtenances, and concrete work.
