<br />GENERAL NOTES:
<br />1. Tract III set aside for future development in accor-
<br />dance with established zoning and P.U.D. requirements.
<br />2. Lighting type and installation to be such that no glare
<br />is viewed from adjoining residential properties.
<br />3. Individual store signs to be regulated by covenants to
<br />assure compliance with character and intent of overall
<br />P.U.D. architectural style.
<br />4. Shopping center sign to be within twenty-five foot height
<br />limitation for commercial zone. Center identification
<br />sign shall have a maximum surface area of 100 square
<br />feet per face. Center sign may have individual business
<br />identification signs, each with an area not to exceed
<br />four square feet per side.
<br />5. The sides and the rear of all buildings shall be archi-
<br />tecturally consistent with the front in the use of
<br />materials (excepting glass), roof styles and landscaping.
<br />The building shall not exceed thirty feet in height from
<br />the natural grade.
<br />6. Landscaping plan to be completed in accordance with
<br />general landscaping plans dated May 5, 1978.
