THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br /> <br />February 10, 2003 WORK STUDY SESSION LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY MEETING <br /> <br />Local Licensing Authority of the City of Louisville met in a work-study session on <br />February 10, 2003, in the 2nd Floor Council Chambers, City Hall, 749 Main Street, <br />Louisville, CO. Chairperson Marguerite Lipton conducted the meeting. The meeting <br />came to order at 6:04 p.m. and the following persons were present. <br /> <br />Attendance: <br /> <br />Marguerite Lipton, Mike Koertje, Shannon Paige, <br />Cecilia Wilson, Bill Kimmett and Tom Mulvahill <br /> <br />Also Attending: <br /> <br />Tiffanie Bleau <br />Light, Harrington & Dawes, P.C. <br />Moniece Schmidt, Deputy City Clerk <br />Cristi Gordanier, Police Detective <br />Jay Lanphere, Police Detective <br /> <br />APPROVALOFAGENDA <br /> <br />Chairperson Lipton called for changes to the agenda. <br /> <br />All members were in favor of the agenda. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br /> <br />A. Police Department Incident Reports <br /> <br />The Authority would like to see more information in the reports. Examples would <br />be: time frames, talking with bartender, employees, and patrons of an <br />establishment if possible. <br /> <br />Detective Lanphere notified the Authority that he and Detective Gordanier are <br />working on a policy for the police officers to follow regarding reports. <br /> <br />Member Wilson suggested the Authority go on ride-alongs with the police to see <br />how information is obtained. Everyone agreed that having members of the <br />Authority go on ride-alongs would open up the lines of communication between <br />the two entities. <br /> <br />The Authority was satisfied with the suggestions made. <br /> <br /> <br />
