RESOLUTION NO. 11 <br />SERIES 2018 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT TO <br />ESTABLISH A SIGN PROGRAM FOR PROPERTY AT 640 MAIN STREET <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application requesting approval of a Planned Unit Development Amendment to establish <br />a sign program for property at 640 Main Street; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that <br />the application complies with the Louisville zoning regulations and other applicable <br />sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on February 8, 2018, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated February 8, 2018, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of the PUD Amendment to City Council, and <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission and finds that Planned Unit Development <br />Amendment should be approved <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a Planned Unit Development Amendment to <br />establish a sign program for property at 640 Main Street. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February, 2018. <br />By. <br />riveLL...._. <br />Robert P.
