RESOLUTION NO. 15 <br />SERIES 2018 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SPECIAL REVIEW USE TO ALLOW INDOOR <br />COMMERCIAL AMUSEMENT AND A STUDIO FOR PROFESSIONAL USE ON THE <br />PROPERTY AT 833 SOUTH BOULDER ROAD <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application requesting approval of a Special Review Use to allow indoor commercial <br />amusement and a studio for professional use; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that <br />the application complies with the Louisville zoning regulations and other applicable <br />sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public heanng on March 8, 2018, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated March 8, 2018, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of the SRU to City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission and finds that Special Review Use should <br />be approved. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a Special Review Use to allow indoor <br />commercial amusement and a studio for professional use on the property at 833 South <br />Boulder Road <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March, 2018. <br />ert P.
