RESOLUTION NO. 22 <br />SERIES 2018 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING OF A REQUEST FOR A FINAL PLAT TO <br />RECONFIGURE THE LOT LINE BETWEEN LOTS 8 & 9, BLOCK 3, EAST <br />LOUISVILLE <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for a request for a Final Plat to reconfigure the lot line between Lots 8 & 9, Block 3, <br />East Louisville, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that <br />the application complies with the Louisville zoning and subdivision regulations and other <br />applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on February 8, 2018, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated February 8, 2018, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of the Final Plat to City Council, and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on April 17, 2018, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville City Council Staff Report dated Apnl 17, 2018, City Council has reviewed the <br />application, including the recommendation of the Planning Commission and finds that <br />said Final Plat should be approved with the following conditions: <br />1 Concurrent with the recordation of the plat, the applicant shall record deeds <br />which reflect the new legal descriptions for each lot <br />2 Concurrent with the recordation of the plat, the applicant shall record the <br />revocable license agreement for the private improvements in the public Rights of <br />Way. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a request for a Final Plat to reconfigure the lot <br />Zine between Lots 8 & 9, Block 3, East Louisville. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of Apnl, 2 1 18. <br />At <br />By: <br />ert P.
