RESOLUTION NO. 23 <br />SERIES 2018 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE LANDMARK LEGAL <br />DESCRIPTION FOR THE RESTAS-MORGAN HOUSE AT 1131 SPRUCE ST. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council an application requesting <br />to amend the legal description for the Restas-Morgan House on 1131 Spruce Street from <br />South 28 feet of Lots 8-9, Block 3 East Louisville to Lot 2, East Louisville Replat A, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff and the Louisville Historic Preservation Commission <br />have reviewed the application and found it to be in compliance with Chapter 15.36 of <br />the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Louisville City Council approved the landmark designation of the <br />Restas-Morgan House through Resolution No. 13, Series 2013 with the legal <br />description of the South 28 fee of Lots 8-9, Block 3, East Louisville; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the proposed landmark <br />amendment and the Commission's recommendation and report, and has held a properly <br />noticed public hearing on the application; and <br />WHEREAS, there are no changes to the Iandmarked structure, and <br />WHEREAS, the detached garage on the north side of the property is not included in <br />the landmark designation <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />The legal description for the Restas-Morgan House landmark designation shall <br />be amended to Lot 2, East Louisville Replat A. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of Apr'I, 2018 <br />ATTEST: <br />,P <br />Robert P Muckle, Mayor <br />Resolution No 23 Senes 2018 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
