RESOLUTION NO. 9 <br />SERIES 2019 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TERRACES ON MAIN FINAL PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT, WHICH INCLUDES A 22,020 SQUARE -FOOT COMMERCIAL <br />BUILDING WITH 5,802 SQUARE -FOOT PARKING GARAGE ON TWO LOTS <br />TOTALING 14,114 SQUARE FEET ZONED CC; A FINAL PLAT TO VACATE THE <br />LOT LINE BETWEEN LOTS 8 & 9, BLOCK 3, TOWN OF LOUISVILLE; AND A <br />SPECIAL REVIEW USE FOR A PARKING GARAGE AND OUTDOOR SALES FOR <br />RETAIL GOODS AND EATING AND DRINKING ESTABLISHMENTS <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for a request for a Final PUD to allow for a 22,020 square -foot commercial <br />building, which includes a 5,802 square -foot parking garage, on two lots totaling 14,114 <br />square feet, zoned CC; a Final Plat to vacate the lot line between Lots 8 and 9, Block 3, <br />Town of Louisville; and a SRU to allow for allow the parking garage and outdoor sales for <br />retail goods and eating and drinking establishments; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that <br />the application complies with the Louisville zoning and subdivision regulations and other <br />applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code, with waivers; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on January 10, 2019, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated January 10, 2019, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of the Final PUD Final Plat and SRU to City <br />Council; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on March 20, 2018, where evidence <br />and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville City <br />Council Staff Report dated March 20, 2018, City Council has reviewed the application, <br />including the recommendation of the Planning Commission and finds that said Final PUD <br />Final Plat and SRU should be approved. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve the Terraces on Main Final PUD to allow for a 22,020 <br />square -foot commercial building, which includes a 5,802 square -foot parking garage, on <br />two lots totaling 14 114 square feet, zoned CC; a Final Plat to vacate the lot line between <br />Lots 8 and 9, Block 3, Town of Louisville; and a SRU to allow for allow the parking garage <br />and outdoor sales for retail goods and eating and drinking establishments <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1991 day of March, (019. <br />Mered"yth"Muth, City <br />ert P Muckl-, -yor <br />Resolution No. 9, Series 2019 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
