RESOLUTION NO 12 <br />SERIES 2019 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF THE FOUNDRY PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT TO APRIL 2, 2020 <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council an <br />application to extend the Foundry Planned Unit Development (PUD) to April 2, 2020 <br />pursuant to Municipal Code Section 17.28.220, which requires and extension before <br />issuing building permits more than 36 months following the original PUD approval, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Foundry PUD on January 19, 2016 by <br />City Council Resolution 3, Series 2016, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that <br />the application complies with the Louisville zoning regulations and other applicable <br />sections of the Louisville Municipal Code, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the application at a duly <br />noticed public hearing on March 14, 2019, where evidence and testimony were entered <br />into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report <br />dated March 14, 2019 and recommends approval, and <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application at a duly noticed public <br />hearing on April 2 2019, where evidence and testimony were entered into the record, <br />including the findings in the City Council Staff Report dated April 2, 2019 and the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve an extension of the Foundry PUD to April 2, <br />2020 <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of April, 20 <br />By. <br />Mere•yth Muth, City Clerk <br />Robert P Muckle, <br />a or <br />Resolution No. 12, Series 2019 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
