RESOLUTION NO 23 <br />SERIES 2019 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT TO <br />ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW 22,500 SQUARE FOOT BUILDING AND <br />ASSOCIATED SITE IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE PROPERTY AT 602 TAYLOR <br />AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for approval of a request for of a final Planned Unit Development (PUD) to <br />allow the construction of a new 22,500 square foot building and associated site <br />improvements for the property at 602 Taylor Avenue, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that, <br />subject to conditions, the application complies with the Louisville zoning and subdivision <br />regulations and other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code, and, <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on June 13, 2019, where evidence <br />and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville <br />Planning Commission Staff Report dated June 13, 2019, the Planning Commission <br />recommended approval of the Final PUD to City Council, and <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission and finds that said Planned Unit <br />Development should be approved <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby recommend approve a final Planned Unit Development (PUD) for <br />the construction of a new 22,500 square foot building and associated site improvements <br />for the property at 602 Taylor Avenue <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of July, 2019 <br />Attest: <br />Carol Hanson, Deputy City Cler <br />By <br />- <br />-P <br />e),e,p_- <br />uckle <br />Resolution No <br />23, Series 2019 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
