THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE DECEMBER 29, 1997 REGULAR LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY MEETING Local Licensing Authority of the City of Louisville met in a regular session on December 29, 1997, in the 2nd Floor Council Chambers, City Hall, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Acting Chairperson Steve Jeffers called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and the following persons were present. ROLL CALL Attendance: Jerry Riggins, Steve Jeffers, Gene Morris, Marguerite Lipton, and Larry Evans Also Attending: Sam Light, Griffiths & Tanoue, P.C. Linda Salas, Secretary to the Authority Absent: Sheri Budner-Marsella Bill Kimmett APPROVAL OF AGENDA Gene Morris called for any Authority comments or motion. ACTION ON MINUTES (available at next meeting) CONSENT AGENDA The following items on the Local Licensing Authority Agenda are considered routine by the Authority and the ~:..~~i~i~i~i ~i~ not as individual items, accepted, etc. by motion of the Authority and roll call vote unless the Local Licensing Authority or Authority Member specifically requests that such item be considered under "Authority Business." In such an event the item shall be removed from the "Consent Calendar" and the authority action taken separately on said item in the order appearing on the Agenda. Those items so approved under the heading "Consent Calendar" will appear in the Authority minutes in their proper order.
