RESOLUTION NO. 02 <br />SERIES 2019 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ALTERATION CERTIFICATE FOR THE TOMEO <br />HOUSE LOCATED AT 1001 MAIN STREET FOR EXTERIOR ALTERATIONS. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Historic Preservation <br />Commission (HPC) an application requesting an alteration certificate for a historic residential <br />structure located on 1021 Main Street, on property legally described as Lots 1-4, Block 1, <br />Barclay Place, Town of Louisville, City of Louisville, State of Colorado; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff and the HPC have reviewed the application and found it to <br />be in compliance with Chapter 15.36 of the Louisville Municipal Code, including Section <br />15.36.120, establishing criteria for alteration certificates; and <br />WHEREAS, the HPC has held a properly noticed public hearing on the proposed <br />alteration certificate; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed scope of work, outlined in the staff report on September 16, <br />2019, meets the criteria of Louisville Municipal Code Section 15.36.120 and are historically <br />compatible and do not detract from the historic character of the structure; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />The application for an alteration certificate for the Tomeo House is approved as <br />described in the staff report dated September 16, 2019: <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of September 2019. <br />Lynda Haley, Chairperso <br />' `Caleb Dickinson, Vice Chair <br />I <br />
