I <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 77 <br /> An ordinance creating a fund of <br /> certain waiter fees or rents, and sett- <br /> ing aside the same for the payment <br /> of an indebtedness Incurred by <br /> an ordinance duly passed Oct. 4th <br /> ,1910. <br /> Sec. I. Whereas the Town of Lou- <br /> isville has, by virtue of an ordinance <br /> duly passed Oat. 4th, 1910 for the <br /> • <br /> -, purpose of constructing and enlarg- <br /> ing its water system, issued its <br /> . negotiable coupon bonss in the ag- <br /> grigate amount; of ten thousand <br /> dollars ($10,900.00) bearing interest <br /> at 7 per cent per annum any where- <br /> as it is necessary and expedient <br /> that proper porvision be made for the <br /> payment of said interest and said <br /> principle when the same fall due, <br /> therefore; <br /> Sec. II. Be it ordained by the <br /> Mayor and board of trustees of the <br /> town of Louisville, that there be <br /> set aside as a fund for the pur- <br /> pose herein mentioned, a part of the <br /> rent or fee charged for the use of <br /> water form the town water works <br /> for the following purposes; for a <br /> residences with 6 rooms or less, <br /> occupied by one family, there shall <br /> be set aside anually the sum of <br /> three dollars ($3.00) for each ad- <br /> ditional family occupying said resi- <br /> dence, there Shall be set aside <br /> annually the sum of three dollars { <br /> ($3.00). Whenever the rent period <br /> shall cover a term-less than one -year there shall be slat-:aside, the <br /> sum of 25c for each and every month <br /> thereof, which sum shall be applied <br /> ,to said fund. <br /> Sec. IIT Be it',further ordained <br /> that there 'be,;'set aside'in said fund, <br /> all the revenue 'obtained and re- <br /> ceived by the Town of Louisville <br /> from the railroad for the use of <br /> water from the railroad-tank. <br /> Sec. IV, This ordinance immed- <br /> iately upon its passage, shall be <br /> recorded the hook of ordinances <br /> of said town, kept for that purpose, <br /> authenticated by the signatures of <br /> the Mayor and biefrk..and shall be <br /> published in the Louisvil'e News, <br /> and shall be in full force and effect <br /> five days after such .puttlication. <br /> Introduced, read and.:ordered pub- <br /> lished this 7th day IR March , A. <br /> D. 1911. <br /> Wm.
