That you have been guilty of a general neglect <br /> of duty as the principal ministerial officer of the corpora- <br /> tion. <br /> 2 . That you have neglected your duty in absenting 1 <br /> yourself from the corporation at various times during hours <br /> when you were required to be on duty in policing the said <br /> 11 <br /> town. <br /> 3. That you have failed and neglected to properly <br /> and efficiently police the said town as the principal minis , <br /> terial officer of the corporation and in failing to preserve <br /> goocx order within the corporate limits . <br /> 4.
