<br /> any person, firm or corporation to have, f

<br /> may be revoked without refund or re-
<br /> bate of any part of the license fee if t
<br /> the exhibition of such licensee shall be
<br /> immoral, vicious, indecent, or having a t
<br /> tendency by suggestion, to lower the i
<br /> morals of the spectators.
<br /> Section 5. Whoever violates the pro- 1
<br /> visious of this ordinance shall be deem-
<br /> ed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon.
<br /> conviction shall be fined in any sum not
<br /> pore than Three Hundred Dollars.
