61.1nrNANn ' b. 146. <br /> AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING POOL HALLS AND OTHER PLACES OF BUSINESS, <br /> AMUSEMENT OR ENTERTAINMENT WHEREIN ARE USED OR KEPT FOR USE, TABLES <br /> OR OTHER INSTRUMENTALITIES FOR THE PLAYING OF GAMES. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF LOUISTILLE <br /> BOULDER COUNTY, COLORADO: <br /> Section 1. That from and after the adoption and taking effect of this <br /> ordinance, all -of the games and instrumentalities mentioned and des- <br /> cribed in Ordinance No. 144 adopted on the 10th day of March, 1925, <br /> shall stop and cease at twelve o' clock at midnight until six o' clock <br /> in the following morning of every day in the week, and during such <br /> period none of the said games and instrumentalities shall be permitted <br /> by the proprietors of the places mentioned in the said Ordinance No. <br /> 144 to be used, played or operated, and all lights in the rooms or <br /> places set apart in any of the places of business, amusement and <br /> entertainment covered by said ordinance No. 144 for the use of such <br /> games and instrumentalities shall be extinguished during such period <br /> and it is hereby made the duty of the several proprietors of such <br /> places to take all necessary and active steps and measures to carry <br /> out the purpose of this Ordinance. <br /> Section 2. Every person found guilty of the violation of this <br /> ordinance shall be fined in a sum not less than five dollars and <br /> not more than three hundred dollars. <br /> Section 2.
