RESOLUTION NO. 5 <br />SERIES 2020 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT TO CONSOLIDATE LOTS AND A <br />FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A 84,000 <br />SQUARE FOOT STRUCTURE AND ASSOCIATED SITE IMPROVEMENTS FOR <br />LOTS 18 AND LOT 19, BLOCK 1, THE BUSINESS CENTER AT CTC, LOCATED AT <br />1875 AND 1923 TAYLOR AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for a Final Plat to consolidate Tots, and a Final Planned Unit Development to <br />allow construction of a 84,000 sf building and associated site improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that the <br />application complies with the Louisville subdivision and zoning regulations and other <br />applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on December 12, 2019, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated December 12, 2019, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval the Plat and PUD; and <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission and finds that said Final Plat and Planned <br />Unit Development should be approved. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve and application for a Final Plat to consolidate Tots and a <br />Final Planned Unit Development to allow construction of an 84,000 sf building and <br />associated site improvements. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of January, 2020. <br />Resolution No. 5, Series 2019 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
