THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br /> <br />DECEMBER 27, 1999 <br /> <br />REGULAR LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY MEETING <br /> <br />Local Licensing Authority of the City of Louisville met in a regular session on December 27, 1999, in the <br />2nd Floor Council Chambers, City Hall, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Authority member <br />Marguerite Lipton conducted the meeting. The meeting came to order at 7:10 p.m. and the following <br />persons were present. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Attendance: <br /> <br />Steve Jeff.ers, J. Bryan Myers, <br />Bill Kimmett, Marguerite Lipton, <br />Larry Evans <br /> <br />Also Attending: <br /> <br />Kathleen Kelly, Griffiths, Tanoue & Light, P.C. <br />Nancy Varra, Secretary to the Authority <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />ACTION ON MINUTES 11/29/99 <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />The following items on the Local Licensing Authority Agenda are considered routine by the Authority and the ~!~ii~i~ii~i~i <br />~i~ not as individual items, accepted, etc. by motion of the Authority and roll call vote unless the Local Licensing Authority or <br />Authority Member specifically requests that such item be considered under "Authority Business." In such an event the item shall be removed <br />from the "Consent Calendar" and the authority action taken separately on said item in the order appearing on the Agenda. Those items so <br />approved under the heading "Consent Calendar" will appear in the Authority minutes in their proper order. <br /> <br />Ae <br /> <br />Renewal Application - L&G Liquors Inc, d/b/a L&G Liquors, Retail Liquor Store License <br />- 1140 Pine Street. <br /> <br />Attorney Kathleen Kelly noted that there were some defects on the renewal application for L&G Liquors. <br />On page 2., line 2, "Do you have legal possession of the premises for which this application for license is <br />made?"
