PC, <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1$ <br />Series 1986 <br />A Resolution approving the Sundance II Third Replat and PUD <br />Amendment. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission <br />an Application for permission to replat that portion of Sundance II <br />Subdivision that lies east of Polk Avenue and South of Owl Drive. <br />Application was submitted by McStain Enterprises, 2299 Pearl Street, <br />Boulder, Colorado. <br />WHEREAS, said application has been reviewed by City Staff and the <br />Planning Commission and it has been determined to be in compliance <br />with general and specific criteria of the Louisville Municipal Code, <br />Zoning Ordinance, and related policies; and <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said <br />application, the Planning Commission has determined that said petition <br />and application is acceptable; and, <br />1. Fences and landscaping in outlot B-4 to conformto the Sundance II subdivision <br />agreement section 5.2 and 5.3 <br />Specifically, <br />a. Sod and irrigation systems in outlot B-4 <br />b. A split rail fence to the front of the outlot and a California type <br />chain link fence to the back of the lots. <br />2.
