Motion <br />passed by voice vote. <br />Approval of Minutes: <br />Minutes from June 8, 2017 continued to the next meeting because of the lack of a quorum. <br />O'Connell and Sheets were not present at the June meeting. <br />Public Comments: Items not on the Agenda <br />None. <br />New Business — Public Hearing Items: <br />➢ Urban Barnz — 745 Pierce, Resolution 16, Series 2017. A resolution recommending <br />approval of a request for a final Planned Unit Development to allow the construction of <br />three buildings containing a total of 36,600 square feet with 32 condominium storage <br />units and a clubhouse for property at 745 S.
