Motion passed by <br />voice vote. <br />Approval of Minutes: <br />Moline made motion and O'Connell seconded to approve the May 8, 2014 minutes as <br />prepared by staff. Motion passed by voice vote. <br />Public Comments: Items not on the Agenda <br />None heard. <br />Requesting Withdrawal: <br />➢ Coal Creek Gun Club and Training Center (1000 Griffith Street): <br />Resolution No. 7, Series 2014 <br />A final planned unit development (PUD) amendment and special review use (SRU) <br />to allow the operation of an indoor shooting range, training center, gun club, and <br />small retail within the Industrial (I) zoned district, located at 1849 Cherry Street, Units <br />11-15. Lot 6, Block 2, The Park at CTC Subdivision. Case No. 14-020-FS/FP. <br />Note: This gun club previously received approval in 2013.
