RESOLUTION NO. 101 <br />SERIES 2020 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING CENTENNIAL VALLEY BUSINESS PARK <br />FILING NO. 1, REPLAT A <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted an application for a Minor Subdivision to <br />replat Lot 1, Block 1 of Centennial Valley Business Park, Filing No. 1, to create two lots <br />at 459 McCaslin Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that, with <br />staff's recommending conditions, the application complies with the Louisville subdivision <br />and zoning regulations and other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed Planning Commission public hearing on <br />November 12 2020, where evidence and testimony where entered into the record, <br />including the findings in the Louisville Planning Commission staff report dated November <br />12, 2020, the Planning Commission recommended conditional approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application at a duly noticed <br />public hearing on December 15, 2020, where evidence and testimony were entered into <br />the record, including the findings in the Louisville City Council staff report dated December <br />15, 2020. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve of the final plat request for Centennial Business Park <br />Filing No. 1, Replat A, with the following conditions: <br />• Prior to the recordation of the plat, the applicant shall work with Public Works to <br />provide an amendment to the existing Permanent Stormwater Best Management <br />Practices Maintenance Agreement to address how the facilities will be <br />maintained with shared use between lots. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15t" day of December, 2020. <br />Attest: <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />By. li�2= <br />Ashley o zmann, Mayor <br />Resolution No. 101, Series 2020 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
