L . .-ki!gw <br />BOARD OF ADJUSUENT <br />Notice of Variance. <br />Date <br />' %l <br />Case No. <br />Petition of Ansel Garrett <br />erises affected 411 County Road, Louisville, CO <br />Referring to the above petition for a variation from the requirements of the <br />Sec. 4-112 of City of Louisville Zoning <br />ordinance; <br />so as to permit the construction of a solid fence on the South side of 411 County Rd., <br />beginning 'O" West of the West side of the sidewalk and extehding the full depth of <br />the lot from that point --the fence to be 6'0" maximum height. <br />After a public hearing the Board of Adjustment voted to vary the Zoning <br />ordinance and hereby authorize the Building Inspector, <br />to issue permits for the above, based on the following conditions: <br />All permits necessary for the prosecution of the work shall be obtained <br />within l months, and thework shall be completed within 3.. months <br />from the data of this notice. <br />Wording of variance "To grant variance 1 0" back from sidewalk which is <br />42" high to 6'0" high. 405 house has vicious dog. 42 inches is not high <br />enough for protection from dog." <br />
