Ft. to <br />4000 So. Ft. / (7) Reduction of one side yard set back from 8 ft. required <br />Sto 3 ft _ 6 in. / (8) Reduction_of Required total of both side yards from <br />15 Ft. to 10 Ft. 6 In. <br />After a public hearing the Board of Adjustment voted to vary the <br />Zoning -.ordinance and hereby authorize the Building inspector <br />to issue permita for the above, based on the folloRing conditions: <br />All perrd_ts necessary for the prosecution of the work shall be obtained <br />within 2 months, and the work shall be completed within 6 months <br />from the date of this notice. <br />See continuation page 2 for conditions of denial of request for <br />reduced Rear Yard.
