Caleb Dickinson Councilmember Deborah Fahey Councilmember Chris Leh Councilmember Jeff Lipton Heather Balser, City Manager Megan Davis, Deputy City Manager Nathan Mosely, Parks, Recreation, & Open Space Director Sharon Nemechek, Library Director Emily Hogan, Assistant City Manager for Special Projects and Communications Meredyth Muth, City Clerk Mayor Stolzmann called the meeting to order. Update on City of Louisville Level Clear Plans for Programs, Operations, and Special Events Deputy City Manager Davis gave an overview of the reopening plan for City facilities once we reach Level Clear on May 16t". In mid -April the State devolved most COVID regulations to the county level as the state and local vaccination rates have increased. This will allow the City to open for additional public hours in all facilities. The State, County, and City all still have mask ordinances in place however the County order now has several exemptions based on vaccination status. The current City ordinance requires masking indoors for everyone over the age of 2. If the Council is interested in revisiting the mask order now that the County has updated theirs that can be done at a future meeting. Davis reviewed the new facility hours that will start May 17 for City Hall, the Parks Building, and the Police/Courts building.
