proclamation <br />Whereas, young people in the state of Colorado are seeking <br />to overcome the drug culture; and <br />Whereas, for our young people to be successful in their guest <br />to become drug free, they must be able to depend <br />upon widespread community support; and <br />Whereas, for this community support to become effective, all <br />segments of the.community must educate themselves <br />about the harmful effects of drugs, must be resolute <br />in their decision to do what it will take to support <br />young people and -their families and must maintain a <br />positive and cooperative attitude; and <br />Whereas, working together, the people of the state of Colorado <br />can make a significant difference and reverse the <br />rising usage of drugs by young people. <br />Now,, therefore, let it be known that I <br />.n it /l . 19 .A �-I., e r <br />do hereby declare that in.,�-..�. <br />the week of September 26th through October 2nd will <br />be designated: <br />i <br />Dated / Day of September, 1982 A.D. <br />r <br />
