RESOLUTION NO. 3 <br />SERIES 2023 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT TO ALLOW <br />CONSTRUCTION OF A 31,220 SF INDUSTRIAL BUILDING AND A LOT <br />CONSOLIDATION PLAT OF LOTS 2 AND 3, BLOCK 3 OF THE CTC FILING 1 <br />SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for a final planned unit development to allow construction of a Planned Unit <br />Development to allow construction of a 31,220 square -foot flex industrial building and <br />final subdivision plat to consolidate Lots 2 and 3, Block 3 of the CTC Filing 1 Subdivision, <br />to create one lot; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that the <br />application complies with the Louisville zoning regulations and other applicable sections <br />of the Louisville Municipal Code with the requested waivers; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered the application at a duly noticed <br />public hearing on December 8, 2022 where evidence and testimony where entered into <br />the record and the Planning Commission voted 5-0 in favor of recommending approval; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application at a duly noticed <br />public hearing on January 10, 2023, where evidence and testimony were entered into the <br />record, including the findings in the Louisville City Council staff report dated January 10, <br />2023. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a Planned Unit Development to allow <br />construction of a 31,220 square -foot flex industrial building and final subdivision plat to <br />consolidate Lots 2 and 3, Block 3 of the CTC Filing 1 Subdivision. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of January, 2023. <br />Attest: " <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />By: <br />ennis Maloney, Mayor <br />� of Lo��� <br />c' ......'' * <br />�RADO-440 <br />Resolution No. 3, Series 2023 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
