RESOLUTION NO. 1 <br />SERIES 2023 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT TO <br />ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF AN 84,164 SF OFFICE/FLEX-INDUSTRIAL BUILDING <br />WITH WAIVERS, INCLUDING THE REMOVAL OF UNDERGROUND PARKING <br />SPACES, BUILDING GROSS SQUARE FOOTAGE INCREASE, AND REDESIGNED <br />PARKING, LANDSCAPING, AND DRAINAGE LOCATED AT 1411 S ARTHUR <br />AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for a Planned Unit Development Amendment to allow for the construction of <br />an 84,164 s.f. office/flex-industrial building with waivers, including the removal of <br />underground parking spaces, building size increase, and redesigned parking, <br />landscaping, and drainage; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that, with <br />the two requested waivers, the application complies with the Louisville zoning regulations <br />and other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered the application at a duly noticed <br />public hearing on November 10, 2022 where evidence and testimony where entered into <br />the record and the Planning Commission voted 4-1 in favor of recommending approval. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a Planned Unit Development Amendment to <br />allow construction of an 84,164 sf office-flex/industrial building at 1411 S Arthur Avenue. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of January, 2023. <br />Attest:" <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />By: k, <br />Dennis Maloney, Mayor Pro Tem <br />Resolution No. 1, Series 2023 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
